Kristen Plumer

Kristen Plumer has extensive work experience at the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland. Kristen started in 1995 and held various roles throughout their career. From 1995 to 2005, they worked as a Check Adjustor. Then, from 2005 to 2018, they served as an Economic Ed Coordinator, providing educational resources related to economics. Since 2018, Kristen has been a Business Continuity Coordinator, responsible for ensuring the organization's ability to operate during crises. In 2022, they were promoted to the role of Business Continuity Lead.

Kristen Plumer, CBCP has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Ohio University, which was obtained by 2025. Kristen also holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Education, with a focus on Secondary Education, English, and German, from Ohio University, which was obtained between 1984 and 1989. Additionally, they have obtained certification as a Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP) from DRI International (Disaster Recovery Institute) in 2021.
