Kathy Birn

Kathy Birn, CPA, CISA, MBA, currently serves as Senior Administrative Officer and Vice President at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York since February 2021. Prior experience includes roles as Vice President of Operational Audit at Broadridge and various leadership positions at ITG, including Managing Director and Head of Internal Audit. Kathy also held senior roles at NYSE Euronext and Securities Industry Automation Corporation, focusing on global risk and audit services. Earlier in their career, Kathy worked as a Senior Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Educational credentials include an MBA in Accountancy from Baruch College and a Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance from the University of Cincinnati.
