Matthew Perez

Matthew Perez has a robust background in human resources, currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York since October 2020. Previously, Matthew held the position of Vice President of Human Resources for Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, overseeing a team of 40 professionals, and various roles at Wyndham Worldwide, including Sr. Director and Director of Human Resources. Matthew's experience also includes being an HR Business Partner at The Bank of New York Mellon, where strategic alignment of HR projects with business needs was a focus. Additional roles at ADP, Frederick Goldman, Inc., Select Medical, Bear Stearns & Co., and New Boston Systems further emphasize Matthew's extensive expertise in managing HR functions across diverse organizations.
