Casey Clemence

Casey Clemence has a diverse work experience spanning various companies and roles. In their most recent role at The Federalist Society, starting in 2019, Casey held positions such as Vice President & Director of Operations & HR, Vice President & Director of Human Resources, and Director of Human Resources. Prior to that, Casey worked as a Managing Partner at True North First Consulting from 2019 to 2020, providing human resources and industry expertise to major corporations and consulting firms. Casey also served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at M.C. Dean, Inc. from 2018 to 2019. At Jacobs, Casey held several Vice President/Director roles, including leading the HR function for a global joint venture and being responsible for HR strategy and service delivery for various regions and over 15,000 employees. Casey also worked as the Head of HR at WorleyParsons Arabia, as SVP HR at Bank of America, and as a Senior Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Their early career included a role as a Strategic Policy Analyst at Saudi Aramco, where they were responsible for HR services, employee relations, and policy administration. Overall, Casey has extensive experience in human resources, including operations, strategy, talent acquisition, and global HR management.

Casey Clemence earned a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Organizational Communications from Brigham Young University, where they studied from 1980 to 1985.
