Mark Foster

Mark Foster is the Chair of the Academy Council at The Ferrers School. Mark has previously worked as a Talent Acquisition Manager for Lichfield District Council, an Emerging Talent Attraction and Recruitment Specialist for HSBC, and a Talent Acquisition Specialist for Molson Coors. Prior to that, they were an Employment Liaison Officer for Trent & Dove Housing Ltd and a Starts and Progression Officer/Training Officer/Employment Officer for Juniper Training Ltd.

Mark has extensive experience in talent acquisition and employer branding. Mark has a proven track record of finding, recruiting, hiring, and retaining talented candidates. Mark is skilled in developing and implementing effective Talent Acquisition strategies and has built strong relationships with stakeholders and candidates at all levels.

Mark Foster has a field in Human Resources Management and Services from CIPD Qualifications. Mark also went to De Ferrers High School.

Mark Foster reports to Angela Smith, Principal. They are on a team with Julie Nolan - Assistant Principal, Sarah Wilson - Executive Principal, and Deborah Haldane - Vice Chair.
