Phil Lamacraft

Phil Lamacraft has over 30 years of experience in procurement and IT roles. Phil served as the Principle IT Buyer at COLONIAL MUTUAL LIFE (UNIT ASSURANCE) LTD from February 1988 to August 2000. Phil then joined Guardian/Observer Newspapers as an IT & Telecoms Buyer from August 2000 to August 2002. Phil later worked at Kent County Council, where they were a Senior Commercial Manager from August 2002 to December 2013, and then became the Deputy Category Manager from December 2013 to April 2018. Most recently, Phil worked at the Financial Conduct Authority as the IS Sourcing Lead starting in April 2018.

Phil Lamacraft attended Dury Falls Secondary School from 1981 to 1988, where they studied General Studies. Phil also obtained the MCIPS certification from CIPS - The Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply.
