Zoe Hawtin-Rew has a diverse work experience starting in 2007 as a Research Assistant at the University of Strathclyde, followed by roles as an IT Strategy and Transformation Consultant at Accenture. Zoe then moved on to roles at Financial Conduct Authority, serving as an Infrastructure Portfolio Manager and later as the Change Community of Practice Lead.
