Michael Kyriakides

Michael Kyriakides is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Director of Finance at the Fire Brigades Union since December 2020. With a strong background in accounting and finance, Michael has also operated as the owner of Michael K - Chartered Accountants since July 2003. Previous roles include Director of Finance and Operations at People's Health Trust, as well as positions as a Financial Consultant for Spirit of 2012 and the Institute of Fundraising. Michael has held significant leadership roles, including Director of Finance and Operations at Legacy Trust UK and interim Head of Finance at FareShare. The career began at BDO Stoy Hayward as an Audit Supervisor/Manager. Michael Kyriakides holds a BSc in Statistics from Queen Mary University of London and an MSc in Accountancy & Finance from The University of Manchester.
