John Edward has over a decade of experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as General Manager at The Fireman Hospitality Group since September 2015, following roles as Assistant General Manager and Restaurant Manager. Prior experience includes General Manager positions at Pane e Vino Ristorante e Pizzeria from March 2013 to August 2015 and as a Restaurant Manager from October 2012 to March 2013 in the same establishment.
