Timothy Finnerty

Timothy Finnerty serves as General Counsel at The Firm of John Dickinson Schneider, Inc. since July 2023, previously holding the position of Deputy General Counsel. Prior to this role, Timothy Finnerty was Vice President, Law and Associate General Counsel at Hollister Incorporated from May 2021 to July 2023. Timothy's extensive experience includes positions at GE Healthcare from July 2007 to May 2021, where responsibilities included General Counsel for various product businesses and functions such as Imaging and Ultrasound, as well as Quality and Regulatory areas. Earlier experience includes roles at Allegheny Health Network and Dickie, McCamey & Chilcote. Timothy holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business, a Juris Doctor from the Thomas R. Kline School of Law of Duquesne University, and a Bachelor of Arts in International Politics from Penn State University.
