Rajat Malhotra has a diverse range of work experience in marketing and communications. In 2009, they began their career as a Content Writer at DWS. From 2010 to 2012, they worked as a Content and Marketing Manager at CAMPFIRE GRAPHIC NOVELS. In 2012, they joined Lite Bite Foods Pvt Ltd as a Deputy Manager and also served as an Assistant Manager in Marketing. Rajat then transitioned to the hospitality industry, starting at Hilton Worldwide in 2015 as a Marcomm at Hilton Gurgaon Baani Square. From 2016 to 2019, they held the role of Cluster Marcomm at Hilton Dubai. In 2019, they became a Marketing Manager at The Ritz-Carlton, Dubai International Financial Centre. Rajat later moved to The Ritz-Carlton Ras Al Khaimah in 2020, where they served as a Cluster Associate Director of Marketing. Finally, in 2022, they joined The First Group as the Cluster Hospitality Marketing.
Rajat Malhotra completed their education in two institutions. From 1994 to 2006, they attended St Marks, where they obtained their High School/Secondary Diplomas and Certificates. Later, from 2007 to 2010, Rajat attended NRAI School of Mass Communication, where they earned a BSC - MCAJ degree in Mass Communications and Journalism.
In addition to their formal education, Rajat obtained a certification in "Fundamentals of Digital Marketing" from Google Digital Garage in June 2020.
