Jaclyn Parry Bogert has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Jaclyn began their career at Marriott International in 2001 as a Management Trainee in the Rooms Division. In 2002, they joined Vail Resorts as an Assistant Rooms Manager at the Vail Marriott Mountain Resort and Spa. After that, they moved back to Marriott International and worked as a Front Desk Manager at the Los Angeles Airport Marriott before transitioning to the role of Front Desk Associate at Trenton Marriott. In 2004, they joined The First National Bank and Trust Company of Newtown, first as a Human Resources Assistant and later as the Director of Human Resources.
Jaclyn Parry Bogert obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel, Restaurant and Institutional Management from Penn State University, where they studied from 1997 to 2001. Jaclyn further pursued their education by earning a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Holy Family University, attending from 2008 to 2012. Additionally, they obtained two certifications: the SHRM-CP from SHRM in January 2015, and the Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in August 2013.
