Anita Ricketts has extensive experience in the banking sector, having worked at First National Bank of Fort Smith since January 2000 in various roles, including Credit Analyst, Human Resource Officer/Benefits Manager/Payroll Clerk, and Marketing Officer. Responsibilities have included managing payroll for over 300 employees, maintaining health benefits, preparing reports for the Business Development Program, organizing corporate events, and fulfilling marketing duties. Prior to this, Anita Ricketts worked at Superior Federal Bank as a Commercial Loan Processor and held positions at First National Bank of Fort Smith as a Bookkeeper and Commercial Lending Loan Clerk.
