Steve Ewing is an accomplished operations leader with extensive experience in the restaurant industry. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at The Fish Market Restaurants since September 2021, Ewing previously held the position of General Manager at Benihana for a brief period in early 2021. Ewing has a robust background, including roles as General Manager for Bluewater Grill, Landry's, and King's Seafood Company, along with a significant tenure at The Fish Market Restaurants as a Manager and Assistant General Manager. Ewing's expertise spans all facets of restaurant management, including budgeting, financial planning, staff development, and high-volume operations, supported by an educational foundation from UC San Diego.
