J. Lynn Jones

J. Lynn Jones is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in education and training. As a Master Trainer at Crucial Learning since June 1996, J. Lynn specializes in various training programs including Crucial Conversations and The Power of Habit. Holding the position of Executive Vice-President and Master Trainer at VisionBound International since July 2013, J. Lynn collaborates with Kevin Miller to develop training resources aimed at enhancing customer loyalty within educational settings. Additional roles include serving as a Consultant at FranklinCovey from May 2016 to August 2020, contributing to the Leader in Me initiative, and a long tenure at Nebo School District, culminating as the Director of Special Education/Federal Programs.
