Rajiv Bala Subramanian has a strong background in sales and leadership roles. Prior to this, they served as the VP of Sales at HighRadius. Rajiv also has experience as the VP of Sales, Americas at OrgVue, a leading SaaS platform for organization design and workforce planning. Additionally, they have held positions such as VP of Sales at Symphony.com, VP of Sales, Enterprise at Avast Software, and VP of Sales, Financial Services & Insurance at Axway. Before that, they worked as the Chief Revenue Officer at InetSoft and MD, Americas at ITRS, which provides enterprise systems and application monitoring software. Rajiv has also served as the MD, South EMEA at OpenText and Chief Technologist, EMEA at IBM (Tivoli).

Rajiv Bala Subramanian pursued a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics for Business from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) from 1987 to 1990. Subsequently, from 1993 to 1994, they completed a Masters degree in Data Communication Networks and Distributed Systems from UCL.
