Nicole Ly is an experienced Associate Director of Human Resources who has worked in various organizations such as The Food Group, Lifeworks Services, Inc., and Community School of Excellence. With a background in Human Resources management and services, Nicole has demonstrated proficiency in recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, policy development, and employee relations. Nicole has a Master of Arts in Human Resources Management and Services from Concordia University-St. Paul, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Human Services from the University of Minnesota Morris. Throughout their career, Nicole has showcased a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, as well as a dedication to building relationships and fostering a positive work environment.
