Carly Tubridy

Carly Tubridy has a diverse work experience in the marketing and communications field. Carly started their career as an Account Coordinator at The Food Group, where they supported senior account members in B2B campaigns and maintained strong client relationships. Carly also managed the coordination and execution of various marketing materials and assisted in establishing agency documents for improved communication.

Carly then joined Brighton Agency as an Account Executive, focusing on B2B communications for Bayer Crop Science. Carly successfully led the launch of the Bayer PLUS Rewards program by developing a strategic communications plan and managing an integrated, multi-channel campaign.

Carly later moved to Paradowski Creative as a Senior Account Manager, where they worked on corporate communications for Bayer. Carly developed a channel and content strategy for reputation management and established strong relationships with clients, positioning the agency as a trusted partner.
