Susan Choi

Susan Choi is an accomplished media professional with extensive experience in digital video production and journalism. Currently serving as the Director of Digital Media at The Food Institute, Susan develops and manages a variety of video content, including livestreams and exclusive interviews. As the Founder and CEO of Stories In Focus LLC, Susan focuses on delivering innovative storytelling through digital video. Previous roles include Associate Producer at ABC News Radio and NBC's Peacock Productions, where Susan contributed to election coverage and produced content for various channels. With a Master’s degree in Broadcast Journalism from Northwestern University and a Bachelor’s degree in English and Political Science from Wellesley College, Susan has built a strong foundation in media and communication.
