Keith Horn

Keith Horn serves as the Executive Chairman and a member of the Board of Directors at The Forest Road Company since December 2019, focusing on specialty finance and tax credit lending. Additionally, Horn is a current board member at Amarin Corporation and an Advisory Board Member for Investcorp's Strategic Capital Group. As the Founder and Managing Member of Loring Capital Advisors, Horn has a diverse background in finance and acquisitions, having held executive positions in various SPACs, including FRX and Sarissa Capital Acquisition Corp. Horn's past experience includes significant roles at Empire Resorts, Inc. and Elliott Management Corporation. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts from Binghamton University and a Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center, complemented by a FinTech certificate from Harvard Division of Continuing Education.
