Tommy Knapp

Tommy Knapp is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in partnership development across various sectors, particularly in sports and entertainment. Currently serving as the Director of Partnerships at The Fort, Tommy is instrumental in launching a premier pickleball facility featuring the world's first dedicated pickleball stadium. Previously, Tommy held the role of Director of Partnerships at The Pickle Games, overseeing the largest pickleball festival and tournament globally. Other notable positions include Senior Business Development Specialist at Vensure Employer Solutions, Director of Business Development at Benjamin Douglas, Manager of Corporate Engagement for the Miami Marlins, and various roles in sports organizations like the Florida Panthers and Miami Dolphins. Tommy founded Tours of Vision International, where responsibilities included executing over 1,000 tours, and served as Managing Partner at TSB, specializing in talent scouting and facility development. Tommy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Sport Management from Ithaca College.
