Russell Hornsby-Clifton is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership, compliance, and governance within the finance and technology sectors. Currently serving as UK Ambassador for The Founders Arena since September 2023, Russell also contributes as an Advisory Board member at Inicio AI and chairs the Audit and Risk Committee for Forces in Mind Trust. Previous roles include CEO and Board Director of EFG Bank in the Cayman Islands and various leadership positions in compliance at EFG Private Bank, Royal Bank of Scotland, and the Financial Conduct Authority. Russell began a career in the British Army as a Major, honing skills in military and strategic leadership. An alumnus of King's College London and Inns of Court School of Law, Russell holds degrees in law and military leadership.
