Stephanie Joyce Tan is an accomplished entrepreneur and leader with extensive experience in the wellness and insurance sectors. As Founder and CEO of NOOCI, a modern wellness brand inspired by Traditional Chinese Medicine, Tan focuses on plant-based supplements designed for women's high-stress lifestyles. Holding positions such as Head of Innovation & New Ventures and Senior Vice President at Asia Financial, as well as Chief of Staff at both Asia Insurance and Avo Insurance, Tan has actively worked to innovate the insurance industry. Additionally, Tan has contributed as an Executive Member at Dreamers & Doers, advocating for entrepreneurial women, and currently serves as a UBS Board Member Fellow with The Fourth Effect, promoting gender diversity in boardrooms. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Studio Art from Claremont McKenna College and a Bachelor of Arts from Scripps College.
