Melissa D. White

Melissa D. White, MBA, is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in coaching, consulting, nonprofit leadership, and marketing operations. As the CEO and Principal Coach at Activation Coaching International since May 2017, Melissa has focused on empowering marginalized voices in the workplace and the broader community. In addition to this role, Melissa serves as a UBS Fellow at The Fourth Floor, advocating for gender diversity in leadership and funding. As the Founder and Executive Director of Writing Our Wrongs, Inc., a youth advocacy nonprofit, Melissa promotes empowerment through writing and anti-bullying initiatives. Previous positions include Director of Business Operations at The Kool Source and National Training Manager at Balfour Beatty Communities, with a proven track record in marketing strategy, personnel training, and business development. Melissa's educational background includes an MBA from Shorter University and a Bachelor's degree from Valdosta State University.
