Mitch Pinckney is an experienced franchise consultant with a robust career spanning over three decades in various leadership roles. Currently serving as a Franchise Consultant at The Franchise Consulting Company since March 2017, Mitch provides essential support to individuals venturing into business ownership. Previously, Mitch held the position of Vice President of Franchise Development at CareBuilders at Home, where responsibilities included acting as the chief ambassador for the brand within the senior care sector. Additionally, Mitch was the Managing Director at BusinessWorks, providing business development solutions, and the Executive Director of Corporate Relations at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, overseeing regional marketing campaigns. Earlier experience includes roles as a Regional Developer with The Entrepreneur's Source and as the owner of a successful staffing franchise with Adecco Employment Services. Mitch holds a B.S. in Biology from Ohio University and two MBAs in Health Care Administration from Baruch College.
