Richard Nichter

Richard Nichter is an experienced franchise business consultant currently with The Franchise Consulting Company since August 2016, assisting aspiring entrepreneurs in selecting viable franchises. Prior to this role, Richard served as Senior Vice President at Hollywood Feed, where focus was on product innovation within the rapidly growing specialty pet retail sector. Richard also held multiple leadership positions at Petco from June 2003 to May 2013, including Vice President of Unleashed Stores and Vice President of Operations and Customer Experience, overseeing significant operational and strategic initiatives. Earlier career experience includes being a Partner at MCGHEE VENTURE PARTNERS and Vice President of Operations and Store Development at Office Depot.
