Jessie Benjamins

Jessie Benjamins has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. They started their career as a recruiter at Remedy Staffing in 1996 and later joined JW Speaker as a Human Resource Generalist. At JW Speaker, they were responsible for recruitment, safety initiatives, and employee relations. In 2008, they became the Manager of Human Resources at FedEx SmartPost, where they oversaw HR activities for multiple facilities and managed a team of HR professionals. They continued their HR career at FedEx Ground, first as an HR Advisor and then as the Manager of Human Resource Change Management. In these roles, Jessie Benjamins led various HR initiatives, such as project management, change management strategies, DE&I initiatives, and HRIS initiatives. Currently, they are working at The FRONTdoor Collective, initially as the Head of People & Culture and currently as the Chief People & Culture Officer.

Jessie Benjamins obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, which they attended from 1992 to 1996. Jessie later pursued further education and completed a Masters degree in Human Resources at Marquette University from 2001 to 2004.
