Matt Riley

Matt Riley has extensive experience in risk and portfolio management, currently serving as Head of Risk and Portfolio Management at The FSE Group since April 2019. Previously, Matt held roles at NatWest Bank from April 2007 to June 2020, including Director of Business Banking, where leadership involved coaching business managers to better understand and support customer ambitions. Additionally, Matt served as Credit Quality Assurance Manager at RBS from June 2018 to March 2019, focusing on the adequacy of credit proposals across multiple banking franchises. Earlier in the career, Matt was a Senior Business Relationship Manager at Royal Bank of Scotland from March 2004 to March 2007, providing support and solutions to SME business customers to help them grow and manage risks effectively.
