Barbara Dillon Hillas

Barbara Dillon Hillas serves as the Principal at Diolún Designs since March 2013 and at Dillon Hillas & Dillon LLC since August 1987, specializing in legal and business consulting focused on democracy, governance, and international legal reform projects across multiple countries, including Poland, South Africa, and Italy. Hillas is also a Board Member at The Fund for Peace, providing strategic oversight, and holds a position on the International Advisory Board of the CEELI Institute, where distinguished public figures have been enlisted for support. Additional experience includes serving as an International Elections Observer for the OSCE and leading programs for various organizations, including USAID and the PAE Group, while holding an extensive legal background in international trade and justice reform. Educational qualifications include a JD from The Catholic University of America, a Master's in European Union Studies from the Istituto degli Studi Europei, and a BA from Marymount College.
