Ilona Cwirko

Ilona Cwirko has worked in various roles throughout their career. Ilona'smost recent role was as an Information Technology Business Consultant at The Future Group, where they led digitalization and ERP-system implementation projects for two separate businesses in the job market. Prior to that, they worked at Duijndam Uitzendgroep, starting as an Assistant Account Manager before progressing to roles such as Senior Account Manager, Product Owner for werving & selectie software, and Applicatiebeheerder [Plan4Flex]. In these roles, they were responsible for managing client portfolios, daily personnel planning, and collaborating with internal and external users. Additionally, they were involved in database configuration, design, migration, performance monitoring, security, and troubleshooting. Ilona also worked at Snijpunt B.V. as a Junior Project Manager, where they were a member of the Management Team and had responsibilities in leadership, planning, production improvements, and production figures.

Ilona Cwirko attended Oxford Brookes University from 2011 to 2014, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and Management. In addition to their degree, they have obtained various certifications from LinkedIn and NCOI Opleidingen.
