Jorg Schilders

Jorg Schilders has a diverse work experience in various data-related roles. Jorg is currently working as a Data Engineer at Gemeente Rotterdam since November 2022. Prior to this, in December 2018, they were a Co-Owner at BrightPensioen.

From 2006 to 2022, Jorg worked at The Future Group, where they held multiple roles. Their responsibilities included being a Data Engineer and Senior ETL Specialist for the Advanced Analytics team since November 2022. Jorg also worked as an ETL developer on a large Enterprise Data Warehouse from April 2017 to November 2022. In addition, they were an ETL specialist at Brocacef, where they worked on a large integration project from September 2016 to March 2017. Before that, Jorg worked as a BI Consultant, Business Analist, and ETL Developer at Gemeente Rotterdam from April 2017 to January 2020. In this role, they were involved in the design and development of the Concern Data Warehouse, gathering business needs, building ETL processes, and delivering BI dashboards and reports using Oracle 12C and IBM Cognos 10.

Additionally, Jorg has experience working as a Data Migration Consultant and ETL specialist at Brocacef from September 2016 to March 2017. Jorg was responsible for integrating and migrating systems after the takeover of Mediq Pharmacies.

Jorg's earlier experiences include working as an Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) Specialist at Oxyma from October 2015 to June 2016, and as an Oracle specialist from October 2014 to October 2015. Jorg also worked as a Senior ODI Consultant/Architect (DWH, BI) at SVB Sociale Verzekeringsbank from March 2013 to September 2014.

Furthermore, Jorg worked as an Oracle Specialist at 2Organize for a brief period in February and March 2013. Jorg began their career as a Controls Development Engineer at Vanderlande Industries from March 2012 to October 2012.

Jorg Schilders completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Information and IT at De Haagse Hogeschool / The Hague University of Applied Sciences, from 1996 to 1999. In addition, they have obtained several certifications, including Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals from Microsoft in November 2022, CDVP2 Certified Data Vault 2.0 Partitioner from Data Vault Alliance in February 2020, Oracle Data Integrator 12C Certified Implemented Specialist from Oracle in August 2015, Oracle Application Express Developer Certified Expert from Oracle in March 2013, SOA Infrastructure Implementation Certified Expert from Oracle in August 2011, Oracle PL/SQL Developer Certified Associate from Oracle in July 2007. It is worth noting that they also hold the PSM I (Professional Scrum Master I) certification from Scrum.org, although the date of acquisition is not specified.
