Rutger Storm has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles.
💻Rutger started their professional journey as a Website Designer at Corlaer College in 2006. From there, they went on to complete internships at Bosch security projects and Robert Bosch BV Security Systems Division Security Projects in 2009, where they gained experience in security projects.
In 2011, Rutger joined Unisys as a Software Developer and later worked as a Freelance Full Stack Developer at the same company. During their time at Unisys, they also completed a Graduation Internship as a researcher at the Security Team, focusing on facial recognition.
In 2014, Rutger worked as a Software Developer at eID Stelsel NL, where they contributed to the development of a new eID stelsel (identification system) with cross-sector applications.
After that, Rutger joined UWV in 2015, initially as a Bitbucket frontend code beheerder before taking on the roles of Full Stack Developer/Team Lead, Azure DevOps Beheerder, and Technisch Architect/Development Lead/Framework Ontwikkelaar. 💻Rutger was responsible for various tasks, including implementing web applications, managing code repositories, and providing support for CI/CD.
In 2017, Rutger worked as a Freelance Software Engineer Microsoft-maatschap at The Future Group before joining Omniplan in 2020. At Omniplan, they worked as a Senior Developer/Software Architect and later became the Technical Director.
Throughout their career, Rutger Storm has showcased their technical expertise and versatility, taking on different responsibilities and contributing to the success of various projects.
Rutger Storm pursued their bachelor's degree at HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht (Hogeschool Utrecht) from 2007 to 2011. Their field of study was Security Technology. In 2010 and 2011, they attended Utrecht University to complete a minor in Computer Science. In addition to their formal education, Rutger Storm obtained several certifications. 💻Rutger became a SAFe Practitioner from Scaled Agile, Inc. in April 2016. 💻Rutger also acquired the Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) certification from Scrum.org in December 2015. Rutger Storm holds the MCPS: Microsoft Certified Professional certification, obtained in November 2015, along with a certification in Programming in C# from Microsoft, acquired in the same month and year.
