Joseph Eisenstein has over two decades of professional experience and knowledge in real estate within the tri-state area. Joseph has received training not only from the experiences in his career but also from attending several Colleges and Universities with Real Estate and Technical programs. These schools include; Kingsborough Community College majoring in Architectural planning and Drawing, New York Technical College, majoring in Engineering and HVAC Design, and lastly New York University where he majored in Real Estate.
Joseph Eisenstein has managed several billion dollars worth of developments in all asset classes. Projects range from ground-up construction, conversions of office to multi-family, manufacturing plants to flex industrial parks and high-end residences to the re-construction of some of the most prestigious offices and retail.
In 2005, Joseph Eisenstein had the opportunity to join SSH Management LLC as a Partner. While at SSH Real Estate he managed the largest historic restoration project in the country in 2012. As a result of the successful completion of this project he consecutively won two BOMA Toby Award for Best Historical Property in Philadelphia. Joseph brings his diverse background in real estate to The Galman Group.
Joseph, his wife Aren and family reside in Bucks County and are active in many charities such as The PKD Foundation, Susan G Komen Foundation, Chai Lifeline, Make a Difference Children’s Foundation Nigeria.
