Jason Berney

Jason Berney is a geospatial developer with extensive experience in software development and geospatial technology. Currently employed at The Gartrell Group since October 2021, Jason previously worked at ICF where contributions included significant advancements to the California Emissions Estimator Model. Jason's background encompasses diverse roles, such as senior software developer and GIS specialist, with projects focusing on web applications, data visualization, and software architecture, particularly for clients like EDF Renewables and the Electric Reliability Council of Texas. Jason holds a Master’s Degree in Geospatial Technology from the University of Washington Tacoma and a Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science from the University of Redlands.
