Lorna Hughes, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Geography and a PgDip in Housing Management with professional practice from Northumbria University, has extensive experience in the housing sector. Since September 2011, Lorna has worked at The Gateshead Housing Company in various roles, including Housing Options Officer, Estate Officer, and Neighbourhood Services Advisor. Prior to this, Lorna gained valuable customer service experience as a Customer Services Agent at EE.
