Matthias Strecker

Matthias Strecker has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Matthias started their career at Wellmann UK, where they completed an internship in 2000. From 1998 to 2001, they pursued an apprenticeship as an Industriekaufmann sowie zum Betriebswirt VWA at Hettich International. In 2004, Strecker interned at the German Emirati Joint Council for Industry and Commerce. Matthias then joined ISMV Dr. Hegner & Partner GmbH, where they worked as a Projektmitarbeiter and later as an Organisationsberater from 2001 to 2017. Strecker then moved to Big Dutchman Service GmbH, where they held various roles including HR Business Partner, Projektmanager Organisationsentwicklung, Strategic Organizational Development Manager, and Team Leader People Development between 2017 and 2021. Currently, they serve as the Director HR and Bereichsleiter Personal at Gauselmann Group from October 2021.

Matthias Strecker completed their education in a chronological order. From 1998 to 2001, they attended the Verwaltungs- und Wirtschaftsakademie Ostwestfalen Lippe where they obtained a degree in Betriebswirt (VWA) with a focus on Wirtschaft (Business). Following that, they pursued further studies at Hochschule Bielefeld from 2004 to 2007, graduating with a Diplom Kaufmann (FH) degree specializing in Wirtschaft (Business) with a focus on Personal und Organisation (Personnel and Organization).
