Kaitlyn Sagan

Kaitlyn Sagan is a Sustainability Specialist at The GEL Group, Inc., with previous experience as a Sustainability Intern at the same organization. Responsibilities included researching industry sustainability trends, evaluating sustainability data, and developing a tracking plan based on the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Prior roles included a Water Quality and Sustainability Intern at Renewable Water Resources, where Kaitlyn conducted gap analyses on wastewater treatment facilities and assisted in monitoring and testing processes. Additionally, experiences as an Education and Engagement Intern at SUSTAINING WAY involved organizing community activities and supporting garden initiatives. Kaitlyn holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Health with a focus on Environmental Health Sciences from the UNC Gillings School of Global Public Health, having attended Furman University prior to that.
