William Keiner

William Keiner, CISSP has a diverse work experience spanning over 17 years. William started their career as a Market Manager at Sherwin-Williams Paints, where they managed a retail and wholesale operation with full P&L responsibility. William then transitioned to Oldcastle Infrastructure as a Transportation Manager, overseeing business operations for an $8 million annual sales concrete plant. During this time, they utilized SharePoint and automation tools to forecast, plan, and execute production and shipping. Next, William joined QinetiQ North America as a SharePoint Admin/Developer, where they designed, built, and maintained SharePoint sites and provided support for site collection governance management and business process development. William also developed user training and documentation for SharePoint sites. Currently, William works at The Gemini 3 Group, Inc. as the Director of IT/FSO. In this role, they are responsible for network, data center, and cloud environment management and support. William also leads internal IT projects and fosters cross-team effectiveness.

William Keiner, CISSP, pursued their undergraduate education at Radford University from 1998 to 2002. William obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice during this period. In addition to their academic qualifications, William has also obtained several certifications, including the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification from (ISC)² in May 2022. William further broadened their expertise by earning the ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from AXELOS Global Best Practice in September 2022. Most recently, in February 2023, William became a Pega Certified Business Architect (PCBA) through Pegasystems.
