Marie Vail Guercio

Marie Vail Guercio has a diverse background in operations and project management, currently serving in an operations role at The General Partnership since May 2019. Previously, Marie held an executive operations position at Stripe, collaborating closely with senior leadership. At Scripps College, Marie's roles included coordinating new student programs and managing operations for orientation activities, along with experience in recruiting operations for leadership and M&A. Marie also interned in genetic research at Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis, where significant work involved CRISPR gene inactivation. Earlier career experiences include supervisory roles at Six Flags. Marie earned a Bachelor of Arts in Biology with a focus in Genetics from Scripps College.
