Audrey Jones

Audrey Jones has extensive experience in patient experience roles within healthcare settings, currently serving as Director of Patient Experience at The George Washington University Hospital since September 2016, after holding positions as Assistant Director and Patient Experience Director. Prior to this, Audrey worked in Patient Relations at Memorial Hermann Health System from October 2010 to September 2016. Audrey is pursuing a Master's degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management at the University of Maryland Global Campus, expected to graduate in May 2024, and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Multi/Interdisciplinary Studies from The University of Texas at Arlington.
