Dane Oehlert

Dane Oehlert currently serves as the Director of Financial Planning and Decision Support at The George Washington University Hospital, overseeing $53 million annually in physician-related contracts and managing strategic financial structures between the hospital, university, and physician practice. Previous roles include Senior Nursing Coordinator, where Dane focused on staffing standards and internal marketing campaigns to enhance clinical outcomes, and Administrative Fellow, implementing monitoring systems and space utilization processes. Additional experience consists of internships at Alliance of Community Health Plans, Hawaii Pacific Health, OU Physicians, and Exact Sciences, covering areas such as insurance metrics compliance, audit initiatives, and scientific research. Dane holds a Master of Health Services Administration from The George Washington University and a Bachelor of Science in Molecular Biology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
