Luca Bertozzi is a dedicated research assistant currently investigating the epigenetic mechanisms of pancreatic cancer at The George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences under Dr. Alexandros Tzatsos. Concurrently, Luca conducts clinical research in the Department of Urology under Dr. Michael Whalen at The GW Medical Faculty Associates. Previous experience includes working as a medical scribe at Johns Hopkins Hospital, where support was provided to various surgical departments, and multiple roles at The Johns Hopkins University, including lifeguard, facility manager, and research assistant in both Single-Molecule Biophysics and Synthetic Cell Biology. Luca holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biophysics from The Johns Hopkins University and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Medicine degree at The George Washington University.
