Tatiana Eliseeva

Tatiana Eliseeva has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. In 2007, they worked as a Software Test Engineer at Motorola Solutions before transitioning to a role as a Research Employee at ESIGELEC : ÉCOLE D'INGÉNIEURS-ES GÉNÉRALISTES in 2009.

From 2009 to 2012, Tatiana worked as a Software Developer at Lanit-Tercom, where they were responsible for hands-on development of a desktop client-server application on .NET technologies. Tatiana also performed tasks such as estimating, SQL query optimization, unit testing, and test automation development. Tatiana then took on the role of IT Project Manager from 2014 to 2015.

In 2015, Tatiana was promoted to the position of Department Head at Lanit-Tercom. In this role, they successfully managed up to six projects simultaneously and grew the department's team and income. Tatiana also led the launch of new projects, built development teams, and communicated with customers on the project management level.

From 2020 to 2021, Tatiana served as the Head of Product Development at Computer Vision Systems, Ltd. During their time there, they led the development of a computer vision software product for timber volume measurement. Tatiana achieved significant milestones, including running the startup product from 0 to the first contract with a client, launching the product within a limited budget, and securing a contract with a large key customer.

Currently, Tatiana works as a Project Manager at The Giving Block, a position they started in 2022.

From 2004 to 2010, Tatiana Eliseeva attended Saint Petersburg State University of Aerospace and Instrumentation where they earned a specialist diploma in Automated Systems of Information Processing and Management.
