Stevan Cloete is an accomplished HR development professional with extensive experience in leadership and organizational change. Currently serving as HR Development Manager at The Glenmorangie Company since May 2021, Stevan has a proven track record in enhancing performance and fostering team growth. Previous roles include Senior Change Manager at Standard Life Aberdeen and various positions at Sky, where responsibilities ranged from Head of Know-How Operations to Customer Service Group Head of Training Development.
