Carrie Grooms

Carrie Grooms has extensive experience in client service, currently serving as a Client Service Specialist at The Glenview Trust Company since July 2023. Prior to this role, Carrie worked at Exela Technologies from June 2000 to July 2023 as a Service Specialist, where responsibilities included managing relationships for large corporate Consumer Payment accounts with significant annual volumes and revenues. Carrie effectively collaborated with clients to understand their service needs while partnering with internal teams to address operational challenges and achieve business objectives. Carrie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Morehead State University.
