Cendra Shepherd

Cendra Shepherd is a Client Service Specialist at The Glenview Trust Company since November 2022, following diverse roles in the financial and social services sectors. Prior experience includes serving as a Branch Banker at PNC, a Social Worker for the Commonwealth of Kentucky, and significant banking positions at U.S. Bank and MainSource Bank, where relationship-building and customer service were central responsibilities. Cendra's earlier experience also includes roles in retail and a research position at Indiana University Southeast, where findings were presented at a national conference. Cendra holds dual Bachelor's degrees in Criminology and Criminal Justice and Psychology from Indiana University Southeast and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Social Work at the University of Louisville.
