Shayla Stahl

Shayla Stahl is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various roles within the HR field and the Army National Guard. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at TGW.com since June 2022, Shayla leads a team and has implemented a new Performance Management Program for approximately 250 staff members. In addition to HR responsibilities, Shayla serves as a Unit Public Affairs Representative in the Army National Guard, where duties include managing public relations operations and creating multimedia content. Previous HR positions include Human Resources Generalist at Casey's and HR Assistant at Community Health Center of Southeast Kansas, among others, demonstrating a strong foundation in employee relations, recruiting, and compliance. Shayla holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Development and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Pittsburg State University, complementing practical experience with academic credentials. Additionally, Shayla is a business owner of Stahl'd In Time, a photography venture.
