Jeremy Lyons has a diverse work experience in the culinary field. Jeremy began their career as a Chef de Partie at The Three Q's in 2011, followed by roles as a Chef de Partie at La Roche Cafe and Octopus Hospitality & Events. In 2013, they worked as a Head Chef at Aspen Resorts - Ningaloo Reef Resort. Jeremy then moved on to Compass Group UK & Ireland, where they served as a Chef and later as a Relief Head Chef. In 2014, they joined Eurest Services as a Sous Chef / Acting Head Chef. From 2016 to 2018, they worked as a Head Chef at CH&Co Group. Currently, they hold the position of Head Chef at The Good Eating Company, which they have held since 2019.
From 2007 to 2011, Jeremy Lyons attended Technological University Dublin, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training.
