Gabriela Garcia

Gabriela Garcia currently serves as a Policy Analyst at The Good Food Institute Brasil since July 2023. Previously, Gabriela held the position of Research Analyst at IBPAD from May 2021 to July 2023 and completed a traineeship at the Permanent Mission of Brazil to the UN Office in Geneva in late 2017, focusing on research, reporting, and support for Brazil's international activities. Gabriela's earlier experience includes working as a Special Assistant at the Ministry of Agrarian Development from April 2015 to July 2016, providing direct assistance to the Cabinet Chief, and as an Internship Trainee at both the General-Secretariat of the Presidency of the Republic and the Ministry of Human Rights. Academically, Gabriela has a Master of Science in Public Policy and Human Development from United Nations University-MERIT, a Postgraduate degree in International Law from Damásio Educacional, and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Universidade de Brasília.
