Madeline Cohen serves as a Senior Regulatory Attorney at The Good Food Institute since August 2021, previously holding positions as a Regulatory Attorney at the same organization and as an Associate at Wiley Rein LLP from October 2015 to August 2021. Prior to these roles, Madeline worked as a Law Clerk for the Honorable Robert C. Chambers at the U.S. District Court and as a Summer Associate at Wiley Rein LLP. Madeline’s early legal experience includes roles as a Research Assistant, Legal Intern, and Editorial Assistant, as well as a Unit Clerk and Intern in various capacities. Madeline holds a Juris Doctor with high honors from The George Washington University Law School and a Bachelor of Arts magna cum laude in History from American University, along with diplomas and certificates in Equine Studies and French Language and Civilization from the University of Guelph and Université Paris-Sorbonne.
